We want you to be 100% happy with your CAMEWIN gear. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we’ve made our return process straightforward so you can get back to the game.

15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify for a full refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging is intact (including the protective plastic on the racket handle).

How to Return

To start a return, email us with your order number. Once we approve your request, we’ll provide the return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged Items

If your racket or gear arrives with a defect or was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Yes. We provide an extended return window during major events and holidays, such as Christmas. If your return period falls during a festive break, we automatically adjust the deadline to ensure you have sufficient time to process your request.

We cannot accept returns for a change of mind or if it has been used. To qualify for a refund, all gear must be in its original, unopened packaging. Used equipment or items with removed protective films are non-refundable.

No, items purchased during a clearance sale or with specific promotional discounts are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
